Perfect for a healthy sweet treat or to start off a great morning!
The first time I tried this smoothie, I craved it almost every day for the next two weeks. It was the perfect amount of sweet, with the taste of avocado not too over-bearing but still delicious. Feel free to tweak the recipe based on what you like, I prefer my smoothies on the thicker side, so I add a bit more ice and banana. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients ( makes about 2-3 smoothies) :
2 avocados
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups ice
1 tablespoon of honey (if you taste your smoothie and the avocado taste is too strong add a bit more)
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream ( I prefer soy/ dairy free)
1 cup of milk ( I used oat milk… delicious)
Throw in all ingredients and blend together, taste and add if needed, and enjoy!
